Hi, I just want to thank Mr. Billy Zawahiri for all his hard work to satisfy my needs and it's for him that I am now a Lexus customer and i think i will be forever if all of your Sales persons are like Billy. I was really happy with his friendly approach, his delivery gift for our baby, for his availability all the time i needed an answer and of course for being honest from the beginning. I was satisfied with the service and i would give a 10/10. I like the expertise and courtesy your staff were dealing with me. I was even surprised when I returned back the car they even didn't waste my time to check any damages on the car and i liked the answer when i asked "we trust our customers". with Audi i used to wait like 10 minutes so they check the car. I like so far the follow ups you do, e-mail reminders for the appointment, on-line access, the easy communication, the car wash you did before delivering my car and you are approximately always available to answer your customer.
keep up the good work and thank you again. hope to continue like that with you guys.
