It was totally a stress free experience. We chose Lexus from so many luxury brands because of its reliability and reputations. Richard Chen helped us from the beginning to the end. He navigated us through all the obstacles and helped us get the exact car in exact color we wanted in 2 days. The whole process was unbelievably relaxed and he did all the hard work for us lol. I'd definitely recommend Richard and Spinelli Lexus Lachine to my friends in the future and for sure getting new cars from them when we need new wheels! Big Thumbs up!!!
